"I PREVIOUSLY OWNED A SCOOTER AND WAS THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING ANOTHER ONE BUT NOT REAL SURE. I WENT TO A FEW OTHER STORES BUT NOT REAL IMPRESSED. I THEN WENT TO TROPIC POWERSPORTS AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY LUCILLE AND JIM EDUCATED ME ON WHAT IS A GOOD SCOOTER AND ALSO THE WAY THEY TREATED ME AS I WASN'T EASY. I KNEW IF I WOULD BUY ONE IT WOULD BE FROM THEM. HALF AN HOUR LATER I WENT BACK AND BOUGHT A PIAGGIO AND TWO HOURS LATER I DROVE IT HOME. GREAT SERVICE. IT IS A GREAT SCOOTER AND EVEN BETTER THAN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. I DID SPEND MORE THAN I ORIGINALLY WANTED TO, BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

"What a tremendous experience. It all started with the wonderful service they gave to my old Vespa. When I saw the beautiful new Limited Edition Pink Model I was hooked!! Now my husband and I am happily riding into the sunset. They delivered both bikes, took care of all the paper work and for a price that could not be beat. The best part of it all is that I know they are there to service my bikes if needed. Two great people offering a wonderful experience. "What a great place to see the best scooters and more. I made my purchase and had some minor issues that were taken care of quick and with a big smile. This is the best place for quality scooters, but dont expect to get a big discount,quality comes at a price that you cant talk down. I know Jim will give me a good deal on a 4 wheeler for my son. great people, great service, and cool air conditioning. Would absolutely shop here again. "

"My husband and I purchased our first scooter (Piaggio Fly 150) from Lucille and Jim in April '09. They gave us expert advise. One month later, we bought a Piaggio BV 250. Of course we fought over who would ride which scooter. So we decided to trade up the Fly 150 for another BV 250. We could not be happier!!!! Now we can't wait for the weekends to scoot together. "While I love my Paiggio MPR3 / 250 I aslo enjoy knowing it is backed up by the best service available. I have never had a problem but have used Jim and Lucille for regular maintenance and the professionalism is top shelf.
I would highly recommend Jim and Lucille for anything to do with scooters.

"For overall customer service and professional response to customer needs, Vespa of Fort Myers sets the standard for excellence. Jim and his staff have provided outstanding mechanical service, repair and advice for both my Vespa and my son’s personal watercraft. Thanks to their persistence and excellent mechanical skills, what we thought may well have been a hopeless situation was diagnosed and completely repaired. I am certain that others might well have not bothered to put in the effort required to see the situation through to a successful completion. And certainly as far as my Vespa is concerned, I wouldn’t even consider taking it anywhere else for ongoing routing service because I have found that even the most minor of issues are never treated as simply routine. Not only does Lucille always have a smile on her face, she has it in her voice whenever you phone. Simply put, I have never received better service for any produce than what is provided by Jim and Lucille at Vespa of Fort Myers.
